"Colors for the 2009 bridal party"

With "Change" all around us these days, it's only right that brides opt for more contemporary colors for their special day. Trends for 2009 will be a little on the exoctic side, more bright colors than last year: Bright orange Turqouise and bright yellow Red and orange Green and yellow Red and yellow Red and pink Brown and pink and Monochromatic colors
Blue will be tops for 2009 weddings, bright blue, cobalt, turqouise and every shade in between. Think bright, strong or saturated hues of this dynamic color as it is universally flattering, you will find a shade to suit everyone's complexion and hair color (yes, even that color!) in your wedding party. Complimentary colors to match with your something blue theme are cream, champagne, bone, taupe tan, shimmering light gold, and beige. Another neutral is grey whether it is light grey, steel, gunmetal or brushed silver they all compliment this years color palette. Ultimately, your wedding colors should reflect you both as a couple, men say they don't care about anything wedding related but they will have something to say if you try to put them in pink or yellow!

  1. My Wedding colors are Canary Yellow, Saffron (which is the color of the font on the blog), and my accent color is Cornflower Blue. It may seem odd, but once you have seen the blending of colors, you will love it!!! What wedding colors do y'all like?
